We need to verify that your business has a need to order motor vehicle driving records. The online set up should take only a few minutes. Be prepared to upload the supporting documentation (Copy of business or insurance license, Driver's License, Voided check for $200 minimum escrow deposit, Errors & Omissions (E&O) Dec page (if applicable to your business), Federal Tax ID certificate and a signed Tax Slip or W9).
Once you submit your online application a representative from United Software will contact you.

You can fund your account with your checking account at no extra cost. If you prefer, you can use a credit card and pay a convenience fee of 3%. If you fund $200, you will pay $200 plus a $6.00 convenience fee.
NOTE: Your payment will NOT be processed until after you are approved with a MVRNOW account
This is the most popular and convenient option. A minimum deposit of $200 is required to fund your MVRNOW escrow account. When your balance is $50 or less, the system will automatically generate an ACH draft from your bank account on file in the amount of $200 (or higher if you prefer). Your MVRNOW escrow account balance will update immediately and the details will post to your MVRNOW reporting.
If you choose to Watch Your Own Account, a one-time minimum deposit of $200 is required to fund your MVRNOW escrow account. Following the escrow deposit funds, you watch your MVRNOW balance and add funds as needed with an ACH (eCheck) payment (no fee) or a Credit Card(3% convenience fee applies).
Please note, if you choose to Watch Your Own Account and there are no funds available in your account, you will not be able to order a Motor Vehicle Report until you make a payment.
